“D4″ follows a team of ex-military spec-op mercenaries who have been hired by a wealthy doctor. His child has been kidnapped and is being held inside of a government facility. From the looks of the trailer, the rescue doesn’t go as planned and turns into a fight for survival.
Darrin Dickerson is the writer/director and also plays the character Smoke.
Smoke is the badass in the trailer who looks like he was in the fight of his life. Little B (Laine Dubroc) sits to the side of him with a wooden stake in her chest as she is about to enter a room filled with … God knows … I can’t wait to see what it is.
Even though the teaser shows them staring at each other almost quite humorously, the end built up rather well and left me wanting more. I haven’t heard much of this movie but I will definitely be keeping an eye on it.
“D4″ is completed but does not have a release date as of yet.

All I could think of while watching that was that Dickerson has definitely seen “Alien 3″.
