Marion Cotillard, Franz Ferdinand Perform ‘The Eyes of Mars’

We know that Marion Cotillard is an excellent actress, but we are now learning that she is a terrific singer as well.

She recently appeared in the musical “Nine,” which I completely intended to see — until I read the reviews.

Now, we have “The Eyes of Mars,” a song written by one of my favorite bands: Franz Ferdinand. The Scottish rock group also performs backup duty for Cotillard on the song, which starts out slowly before really kicking in.

The song was done for Lady Rouge Dior 2010. Enjoy.
