For those unfamiliar with Andrew Garfield, the actor who has been cast as “Spider-Man” in the upcoming re-boot to be directed by Marc Webb, you can see him getting introduced below.
You still won’t learn too much about him from the video (from makingof.com), but you can clearly see that if they ever make “The Anthony Perkins Story,” this guy has got to be first in line.

Andrew GArfield was amazing in The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus & he was also in The Other Boleyn Girl and Lion for Lambs. Hes also in the upcoming film The Social Network. Cant wait to see how he does in the red and blue suit!
I am so glad I read your article and watched the newsclip. The short-haired picture of Garfield is not exciting – but the guy with hair in Cancun introduced as someone who “embodies intelligence, wit and humanity” is really someone with the potential to eclipse Toby MaGuire. Thanks for the article!
