Has Bane’s Origin from ‘The Dark Knight Rises’ Been Revealed?

— by ANDY BEHBAKHT —

Just a few days ago, we had a story stating the Lazarus pit is possibly playing a part in Christopher Nolan’s final chapter of Batman, “The Dark Knight Rises.” Today, another rumor has taken flight — and this time it’s about Bane (Tom Hardy).

The Dark Knight Rises Community on Facebook has reported the following (as usual, even though this is just a rumor at this point, consider it a possible spoiler):

Eyewitnesses and crew members told us of a particular scene being filmed, where a bald-headed child wearing ragged clothes emerges from the well and pulls his hood over his head. From the conversations, we reckon this is a young Bane, emerging from a vat of Venom, trained by Pence’s Ra’s al Ghul. The years of addiction to Venom builds him to be a massive monster with amped up senses, intelligence and physical prowess.

Well, basically, as long as we don’t get the horrible mind and speechless version of Bane from “Batman and Robin” (a movie that I’m trying to forget), I’m happy with whatever story he gets. But if this is true, then it looks like he’ll be juicing up with venom or at least some kind of venom – which I could buy. I trust Nolan to put his own good spin on it. Also, it would also make sense with the whole Lazarus pit and the role that Josh Pence’s young Ra’s al Ghul plays in the movie.

Also, from the look of this image taken from the sets in India, I think those scenes will look great:

“The Dark Knight Rises” is scheduled for a July 20, 2012 release.
