* According to Variety, Disney will release the 3D version of “Tron Legacy” in both theaters and Imax screens on Dec. 17, 2010.
* Sissy Spacek will appear in a multi-episode arc of the TV show “Big Love,” the L.A. Times reports. Spacek will play “a powerful Washington D.C. lobbyist.”
* Matt Damon has been cast as Liberace’s young lover in an upcoming movie directed by Steven Soderbergh, according to People magazine. Michael Douglas will play Liberace.
* According to Warner Bros., Josh Lucas has joined the cast of the Greg Berlanti-directed “Life as We Know It,” which also will star Katherine Heigl, Josh Duhamel and Christina Hendricks.
* And with his documentary “More Than a Game” set to hit theatres in a few weeks, basketball star LeBron James has signed on to make his acting debut (as himself) in the comedy “Fantasy Basketball Camp.
