When watching “The Big Lebowski,” have you ever wondered what the Dude would be like in the Army? Well who hasn’t?!
“The Men Who Stare at Goats” takes a comical look at the Iraq war by focusing on a very select U.S. battalion with one very special goal: To be able to kill the enemy with their minds. With a premise like that and a cast that includes George Clooney, Ewan McGregor, Jeff Bridges and Kevin Spacey, you know you’re in for something unique. Whether that’s a good or a bad thing remains to be seen, but at least you can’t complain that this has been done before.
In this clip, Jeff Bridges seems to be channeling his inner Dude as he imparts some hippie wisdom to a fellow group of soldiers.
“The Men Who Stare at Goats” really tie the room together on Nov. 6.
