‘Captain America’: Images and Footage of Nick Fury’s Cameo

— by ANDY BEHBAKHT —

Last fall, Samuel L. Jackson talked about his cameos in the “Thor” and “Captain America: First Avenger” and now we have some footage of the filming of his cameo, plus some behind-the-scenes images.

Let’s focus first on the footage that features Steve Rogers (Chris Evans) in a scene with Nick Fury (Jackson) and from what we know in Jackson’s interview on “Late Night With Jimmy Fallon,” this is probably the scene where Fury will try to recruit Rogers for The Avengers, which started shooting today, coincidentally.

What I found most interesting here is where the scene is taking place. It looks like that they are meeting in the current day — which also means that the movie won’t take place solely during World War II. It’s hard to make out what they are saying, but like I mentioned before, this is probably the scene where Cap’s being recruited. This could also be confirmation that the movie won’t end with Cap being frozen in suspended animation.

Then there are the images – some of the images show Rogers doing something heroic in the scene … and, seriously, look at the bulked up Chris Evans. All I will say when I look at him is: where can I find his workout schedule?

I personally think that Steve Rogers might end up encapsulated in ice at the end of Captain America: First Avenger and the scene that was shot in New York showing Nick Fury recruiting him might be an after credits sequence.

Some cool photos can’t wait for scene. Most believe its post credits/end scene for film.
