As a Cobie Smulders fan, I’m glad to see her make the leap to the big screen, especially in a comedy. However, as a Cobie Smulders fan, I’m not all that excited to see her in this movie, which calls itself a comedy.
I have now seen two trailers and two clips for the movie and I have yet to laugh. Or even smile.
The two clips we have here — courtesy of Trailer Addict — are heavy on Michael Clarke Duncan, but really light on comedy.
And the second clip is especially odd, as I couldn’t help but feel bad for the swordfish.
Directed by Kevin Heffernan and written by Jay Chandrasekhar, “The Slammin’ Salmon” is due in theaters on Dec. 11.

I agree- not funny. And I see what you mean about the sword fish. He looked so sad.
Poor swordfish. 🙁
Yup, looks terrible.
I wish I could disagree, but I can’t. Only a true Broken Lizard apologist could defend this movie.
