“Women in Trouble” is a chick flick that looks to appeal to both men and women alike.
Written and directed by Sebastian Gutierrez, it has a multi-story structure with many crazy and comedic things happening to the characters throughout the movie.
The women’s problems interweave throughout this witty and endearing trailer.
Porn star Elektra Luxx (Carla Gugino) is flabbergasted when she finds out she is pregnant and is distraught to find herself stuck in an elevator with the more conventional Doris (Connie Britton), who had just gotten into a fight with her sister, Addy.
Addy’s troubled because she’s been having an affair with the husband (Simon Baker) of her therapist, who nearly caught them in the act as she swung open the door. The therapist isn’t very excited about the idea of an affair, and ends up drunk in a bar with two hookers, Holly Rocket (Adrianne Palicki) and Bambi (Emmanuelle Chriqui), who had to escape a startling situation.
Meanwhile, on a plane far away, flight attendant Cora (Marley Shelton) is being seduced by a famous rock star (Josh Brolin) during a long flight, and they soon find themselves occupying a bathroom.
Although the script may be full of cliché moments and the trailer looks mediocre at best, the movie might be a decent chick flick and most likely a rental on a boring or lonely night.
The women will cause some trouble in theaters starting Nov. 13.

It could be good.
The trailer is hard to judge for this one. It could either appeal to both sexes — or neither.
